The company is a green environmental protection high-tech enterprise which is the only one in China that owns independent intellectual property and number of national invention and patent for nonpneumatic tire.
By end of 2021, the science and technology achievement of the company has been successfully put into the national 14th five year plan in tire sector and listed in major science and technology manufacturing project by Hainan government.
The total investment is over 3.5 billion yuan with land occupation of 1000 Mu and employment of 2200 people. The annual production will be 3 million pieces for all-steel radial tire, 1million pieces of nonpneumatic tire and 1 million sets of spare parts for new material for light weight of automobile. The total energy consumption will be 50% lower than that of traditional production.
